Aiming at the high-speed rotation parts of the aero-engine, with the development of the measurement points and the precision of rotor parameters, the traditional conductive slip ring type data transmission system cannot meet the demand on the reliability, life and the bandwidth. To compensate for the lack of traditional data transmission system, non-contact parameters acquisition and transmission system based on wireless laser are designed.The overall design scheme is proposed and designed for the power transmission system, multi-channel parameters acquisition system, non-contact data transmission system and host computer receiving program. As the designed system needs to complete the collection and transfer of the high speed rotating parts parameters, the traditional power supply method is hard to meet the requirement of the electricity transmission between rotating parts, as a result, the multi-channel parameters acquisition system and non-contact data transmission system are powered by the inductive power supply device. What's more, in order to meet the requirement of multi-channel data transmission, the high speed multi-channel parameters acquisition and transmission system based on ethernet data exchange function are designed. Multi-channel parameters acquisition system needs to complete the AD conversion about the temperature, pressure and some other signals of the aero-engine, after that, these signals are transmitted to the non-contact transmission system by the form of ethernet frame. Non-contact parameter transmission system completes multi-channel data string conversion, and then, the series data are sended in the form of wireless laser. At the receiving end, the data are received by the photoelectric detector, after deserialized, they are converted to the ethernet frame and sended to the host computer receiving program to analyse and store through the ethernet port.This design system, which provides a reliable method to the non-contact parameters transmission of the aero-engine, has the characteristics of multi-channel, miniaturization, easy installation and high-speed transmission.
