| At present,more and more people are concerned about how to protect the structures or equipment with a secure and suitable way,and all kinds of new auxiliary facilities to prevent the impact damage of the structures and equipment are emerging.Facing the bridge anti-collision, the anti-collision of Car Rrear-end, the angle control of he aircraft landing gear and the Important airdrop supplies,the buffer with its’ stable performance,good durability received the favors of domestic and scholars.In recent years, various kinds of buffer in different working environments have been born, China started the study of the buffer late,the researchs about buffer developin g rapidly with the increasing of demands.Due to its’ good performance,bufres have good prospects,large stroke multistage buffer has the large stroke, stable buffering force and adjustable advantages mentioned in this paper will be widely used.The main work of this paper includes:(1) Design and manufacture the large multistage buffer, especially it’s unique limite d pressure relief which makes the impact of buffering power with a stabe course in the whole process and make the impact velocity didn’t change with the lager change; designation and production of the instrument which used in the experiment reali ze the accurate measurement of Acceleration, displacement and impact force in the same time when the Speed is less than 5m/s.(2)For buffers impact test, At the same times measured the impact displacement acceleration versus time curve in different quality, the different impact velocity and the buffer pressure limiting parameters. By analyzing test data to obtain the influence of buffer force, and then,establishment Maxwell mechanical model of the buffer force and initially determined the model parameters.(3)Use buffer mechanics model to simulate the ship hit the pier model. Establish pier- buffer- vessel ANSYS finite element model,obtained the structural response of the pier. The impact of buffer was analyzed when the structure proved to be safe. |
