Hydraulic rock drill is a kind of rock drilling construction machinery whose piston is driven to impact the drill rod by hydraulic fluid. It is widely used in construction object of engineering project, because of its high-efficiency, ease of control, environmentally friendly. The present study regard a hydraulic rock drill machine's impact of system as research object, a hydraulic drilling machine hydraulic impact system and impact mechanical system and medium system model are established. The dynamic response of the hydraulic impact hammer parts is analyzed. The influence of hydraulic impact system parameters and working medium on the impact penetration efficiency is discussed. In addition, the impact on the hydraulic rock drill parts for fatigue analysis.The main work of this thesis can be summarized as follows:(1)According to the structure characteristics and working principle of sleeve valve type hydraulic rock drill. Based on AMESim, ANSYS / LS-DYNA hydraulic drilling machine hydraulic impact system and impact mechanical system and medium system model is established. Experimental test platform is set up by using stress wave method and testing technology.(2)According to the model of the whole system of hydraulic rock drill, the dynamic response characteristics of the impact piston, the drill rod and the drill bit is obtained. The influence of hydraulic impact system parameters and working medium on the stress of impact parts is analyzed.(3)Under different flow rate of a hydraulic pump, relief valve adjustment pressure and different working medium hardness of hydraulic rock drill penetration efficiency is analyzed. For the hydraulic impact parameter of hydraulic drilling machine selection, and under different working medium bit type selection provides theoretical reference.(4)Based on the ANSYS / FE-SAFE software, For fatigue life prediction of impact piston and drill rod. According to the fatigue prediction results put forward the improvement scheme of drill rod structure, and the improved structure fatigue life analysis, verify the feasibility of the improved scheme.
