The next designslewing mechanism, drilling tools, and dust removal device, and the use of PRO/Esoftware for3d figure drawing.Then, using the theory of rock mechanics model and wave mechanics hydraulicrock drill bit tools is deduced a calculation formula of springback speed range.Designed a hydraulic damping device installed on the hydraulic rock drill inside thebody, the springback energy to absorb drilling, dynamic equation of vibration dampingdevice, and deduces the kinematics simulation using the MATLAB software, and toverify the rationality of the damping device.Hydraulic damping device can relieve thevibration of hydraulic rock drill, and the working life and drilling efficiency will beimproved.Finally, by using ANSYS software for new type of hydraulic vibration impactpiston of hydraulic rock drill, the body in finite element analysis, according to theanalysis results to improve the design, so as to improve the design of hydraulic rock drill.
