Hydraulic rock drill is a kind of important impact drilling equipment with high mining,high iron, highway, engineering construction and municipal construction rapid development,which replaces manual operation trend has begun to widely accepted by people, at home and abroad to increase R & D investment in hydraulic rock drill, improved efficiency has made considerable progress. This paper takes Hunan Jiang Lu heavy industry independent research and development of CNZ90 hydraulic rock drill for entities alter, working parameters change drill machine for hydraulic digging optimized design research, the main work are as follows:First of all, this paper introduces the developing history and current situation at home and abroad of the hydraulic rock drill, and the working principle of several kinds of main hydraulic rock drill machine, introduces the application of the method of nonlinear mathematical theory study of hydraulic rock drill, has outlined the method achievement and limitation.Secondly, introduced and analyzed the overall structure of the CNZ90 hydraulic digging drill to gun drill machine, the simulation analysis of the main working mechanism of rock drill gun- the impact mechanism is the main mathematical model by the front to build its simulation model in AMESIM environment, for static and dynamic analysis, can obtain the curve of pressure and impact properties curve, demonstrates the feasibility of its work. Build to alter the impact mechanism and hydraulic rock drill driven combined simulation model of the AMESIM system, and carries on the simulation analysis, prove the two job match.Then, according to the simulation results obtained previously, to reduce energy consumption and improving the drilling efficiency as the goal, to optimize the design of work performance parameters of the rock drill gun, optimization design of the main performance parameters including impact pressure, impact flow, shock energy and frequency etc..Finally, an experimental platform is built not only on the operating performance of the whole machine, tested, and has carried on the test to the drilling performance, verified the feasibility of work, were carried out to detect the effect of before and after optimization.In this paper, in order to reduce hydraulic alter drill energy consumption and improving the drilling efficiency for the purpose, method and the theory used is worth to explore with you; for the study of the drill rig, pneumatic and hydraulic rock drill and other related engineering machinery has a very important reference value.
