Study On The Architecture Of Jiangxi Guildhall Around Wuyang River

Wu Yang River originates in Weng’an County of Guizhou Province, entering Hunan Province by flowing through Yuping County of Qiandongnan Prefecture, a total length of 258 km, is the main tributary of the Yuanjiang River, also the channel of economic and technical communication between the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the southwest region. Since the Ming and Qing dynasties, with the water and land transportation unobstructed in Wu Yang River Basin, a large number of people immigrated to this place, resulting in a large number of Guildhall buildings. Analyzed the research status of traditional Guildhall through collecting a large number of historical documents and relevant information. The paper holds the opinion that Jiangxi Hall buildings have a precious historical and cultural value, artistic value and economic value, which are one of the unique geographical cultural landscapes in Wu Yang River Basin.
