| As common construction machinery, crawler bulldozer plays a more and more important role in the field of engineering construction. The creation of the models takes so much time in the design process of build bulldozer working device. Finally, models were successfully established only after many experiments and modifications were made. Due to the limited time and lacked energy, the designers are very difficult to get a successful outcome in a short time. When the key points’ position and the components’ length of the device have changed, it is difficult for designers to determine the modified outcome whether or not have really meet the requirement of the working device’s lifting and tilt. At the present, it has some research on the modeling and simulation of the build bulldozer working device, but no one meets the requirement of reduced hours and improving efficiency.Based on crawler bulldozers as the research object and literatures as reference, the kinematic performance and mechanical property of the working device were studied by using the combination of the theory and simulation. The establishment of parametric model and the kinematic analysis were made by utilizing the coordination of Pro/E and Adams View. Furthermore, using MATLAB and VC++ optimize the analytic result. Finally, the visual software of crawler bulldozers attachment was schemed out.According to the prompt, designers only need to input some basic parameters, the optimized attachment will be worked out. The visual software can analyze all performance of the crawler bulldozers attachment, including the mechanical performance, overall force, key points of stress, optimization of device and so on. |
