Water hydraulic technology has a series of advantages,such as environmental protection,safety and so on,which has been applied in marine engineering,food and medicine,new type of fire extinguishing systems and other fields.Hydraulic screw pump possesses such advantages as small pressure and flow fluctuation,good self-priming,etc.It has been widely used in various industries.The combination of water and hydraulic twin-screw pump produces a new direction-waterhydraulic twin-screw pump.In this paper,hydraulic twin-screw pump is the main study,designing a end face profile named asymmetric cycloid which based on the research for end face profile of screw,designing virtual prototyping based on the new profile,developing a computer aided end face profile design system.Research work and conclusions are mainly incluing:(1)Collecte related materials of hydraulic pumps and screw widely.Analysis and summarize the situation of screw pump and hydraulic pump'application and development.Determine the research content and methods.(2)Design hydraulic twin-screw pump'end profile of screw,deduce the new line paragraphs curve parameter equation and its conjugate curve equation,through the study of the theoretical reseach on double screw pump common line.Research on the screw geometry features including the helicoid,spiral face normals,screw contact line,the line of action,the area between tooth and leakage triangle,etc.(3)Design a twin-screw pump'3d model which pressure is 6.3 MPa,flow is 40L/min,based on the new type line theory.The key components such as screw,synchronous gear,bearing and other key components were designed and analyzed,and the finite element analysis and structural parameters optimization of the screw pair were carried out.(4)Develop the screw end face type'design platform including design of the common profile and development of the new profile.The user only needs to select the type of profile and input parameters to realize the automatic drawing of the corresponding line and the calculation of the geometric characteristics to avoid the cumbersome and abstract design process and error-prone problems.
