In recent years the virtual maintenance has been widely used in various fields due to its irreplaceable advantages. Three-dimensional modeling software of virtual design and manufacturing have been applied in the virtual maintenance, which has been used for maintenance training in the virtual environment. The lag development of domestic aviation and aviation materials prices expensive causes a lack of maintenance of civil aircraft maintenance personnel during maintenance process. Virtual maintenance process modeling is a core part of the Virtual Maintenance. An excellent maintenance process model will be more closely with reality to reach the purpose of efficient training of maintenance personnel and save computer performance expenditure. Therefore there is much value and significance for the research work.Analysis of the existing maintenance process model shows that there is a lack of consideration of the operation of a system component repeatability in general workflow model. It has one-way run and not be able to reach and meet the real maintenance training for training staff to practice what they do not familiar with. Many of the existing model must be re-initialized before they can repeat the operation, which will waste a lot of time and effort. In this paper, according to the feature of aircraft, some improved element models are established based on Petri Net and the transition and fire rules of Petri Net to improve the model universality and the efficiency of modeling.Petri net model is intuitive and clear, but the model becomes very large and complex if only Petri nets is been used to construct the maintenance process models. This article introduced semantic network to assist in the modeling and create the ontology of aircraft maintenance. TJ net decomposes component structure logically and cluster resources formally according to the size of the components based on Semantic Network to release logical connection of components. Large parts are broken down into various sub-components for maintenance modeling.Finally, through the effective combination of ontology mapping and aircraft structural relationship, constitute the TJ(Training Join) net of the paper.
