Maintenance disassembly is an important part in virtual maintenance training.Accurately simulating maintenance& dismantling is of critical importance for the development of maintenance training equipment.Besides,the perfect virtual training equipment is of great significance for cultivating maintenance staff's dismantling ability in a systematic way.Airplane maintenance disassembly process involves complex parts and diverse dismantling resources.The previous maintenance disassembly process model does not give a unified definition of the concept of maintenance disassembly and often ignores the re-use and sharing of knowledge.In model simulation and realization,polysemy or one meaning for several words may appear with regard to one concept.As a result,in interactive operation of different models' parts,semantic heterogeneity may appear.Pertinent to the above problems,the paper proposes the maintenance disassembly process model based on semantic Interoperability,which unifies the semantic base in maintenance disassembly and avoids from the occurrence of semantic ambiguity.The specific tasks include:First of all,with maintenance disassembly of airline as the research object,according to Airplane Maintenance Manual,the study focuses on the process of maintenance and dismantling.According to the concept of semantic interoperability,the study analyzes the key problems in modeling based on semantic interoperability: semantic formalization and semantic elimination isomerism.Second,pertinent to the above critical problems,the paper finds out reasonable solutions.First,with regard to semantic formalization,ontological technology is adopted.The field of ontology research is confirmed to analyze the process of maintenance & dismantling and construct the ontology in the field of maintenance disassembly so that the concepts in maintenance disassembly are clearly defined and the sharing and reusability of dismantling knowledge is realized.Second,in terms of the semantic elimination isomerism,on the basis of ontology in the field of maintenance disassembly,according to UML class diagram modeling method,the paper establishes ontology-based maintenance disassembly procedural model so that the model components can interact with each other on the same semantic basis,thus avoiding from semantic ambiguity.Finally,by using 3D simulation platform developed by the lab,the paper proposes ontology-driven simulation framework,and conducts simulation verification of the maintenance disassembly procedural model with the case of dismantling very high frequency transceiver.The simulation results prove that the model realizes sharing and re-use ofdismantling knowledge,and avoids from semantic ambiguity in interactive operation of model components.
