The aircraft hydraulic system is composed of a redundant,high-power complex electromechanical-hydraulic integrated system.It has the advantages of large power density,long transmission distance,and easy automatic control.It can provide power and attitude control for ailerons,elevators,rudders,landing gear,etc.of the aircraft,so as to realize the actions of aircraft roll,pitch,yaw and landing.As an important part of aircraft,the reliability of aircraft hydraulic system is an important basis to measure the reliability of aircraft.Normal operation of aircraft hydraulic system is an important prerequisite to ensure safe flight of aircraft.Therefore,analyzing the reliability of aircraft hydraulic system is an important step to develop an aircraft and ensure its safety,and GO methodology is used in this paper to analyze and study the reliability of aircraft hydraulic system.Aiming at the problems in the reliability analysis of the GO methodology and aircraft hydraulic system,this paper focuses on the system modeling of the GO methodology,the solution of the feedback loop of the GO methodology,the modification of common signals,the comparison of reliability analysis methods,the quantitative calculation,and the optimal design of redundancy.The specific research work is as follows:(1)The working principle diagram of a certain aircraft hydraulic system is constructed,and the operating principle of the system is analyzed.On the basis of the structure principle diagram,the functional parts are reasonably divided,and the proper GO operator is selected to depict the parts and the logical relationship among the parts.(2)The Boolean equation of the feedback loop is constructed by using Boolean algebra,which innovatively solves the problem that the GO methodology cannot consider the feedback loop,and the GO diagram model of a certain aircraft hydraulic system is established.(3)Using the calculation method of the GO methodology operator,combined with the established GO graph model,the cumulative signal formula is used to correct the common signal,and the reliability of a certain type of aircraft hydraulic system is quantitatively calculated.The GO methodology is compared with the FTA method and the Monte Carlo method.The comparison verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the GO methodology and gives the advantages of the GO methodology in the reliability analysis.(4)The redundancy design of the components with high failure efficiency in the hydraulic system of a certain aircraft is carried out.The GO method analysis and calculation of the system are conducted and the influence of each component on the overall probability of the system is determined.Finally,the optimal redundancy configuration scheme is given,and the reliability of the hydraulic system of a certain aircraft is further optimized.The research shows that the GO methodology is efficient and accurate for the reliability analysis and redundancy configuration of a certain aircraft hydraulic system,which provides effective theoretical support for the reliability engineering research of aviation hydraulic system.
