Smart building is developed on the basis of building intelligence.It provides people with more reliable,safe,convenient and sustainable buildings.The building has a certain degree of anthropomorphic or decision-making ability,while providing friendly building management.However,for specific smart building projects,how to choose the appropriate architectural form on the basis of cost saving while giving full play to the functions of the system is a problem worthy of attention.In this paper,a semi-physical simulation platform framework based on FMI standard and supporting OBIX standard is proposed.The platform has realized two functions: loading and running the FMU simulation model supporting FMI standard,and real-time data interaction with the hardware system.Because the air conditioning system is the important part of the building,is of high energy consumption of equipment,based on the platform,in view of the building air conditioning system,the joint simulation model with the hardware system,implementation of hardware in the loop simulation and the running state of the balance of air conditioning system to the wind,so as to achieve optimization of equipment operation,reduce the energy consumption and finally achieve the goal of intelligent building.At the same time,it provides safe,reliable,convenient and friendly building management.This paper USES the intelligent building simulation platform to realize a case--including the simulation FMU model based on the hardware system of a building air-conditioning system,with a total of 28 air vents.And the physical hardware system environment of a building,including the air conditioning control points of 12 rooms and the air quality detection of 10 rooms,including temperature,humidity and degree of oxidation concentration.Through the simulation platform,the simulation model is integrated with the real object to achieve the intelligent closed-loop for the purpose of energy saving,such as automatically adjusting the tuyere according to the actual control and monitoring of carbon dioxide concentration,so as to achieve the balance of air exchange and wind system.In the last chapter of this paper,the designed smart building system is tested,including the semi-physical simulation platform module and real-time monitoring module,which are tested respectively.Finally,the overall system is tested systematically.The test results show that the simulation platform framework can meet the requirements of smart building.
