| Aircraft wiring networks system provides the power and transports the control signal for the plane. The system is distributed throughout the whole aircraft. The advanced new technology is exercised in locating the faults of the networks with multi-branches and connectors quickly and accurately. It is very essential to improve manufacturing, assembly and maintenance of aircraft.The experiments and innovation are made in this paper based on the characteristics of the wiring networks faults. The fault model of the networks is built according to the characteristics of the reflection detect signal of the wiring networks of aircraft. The simulation of the faults of the wiring networks faults runs in MATLAB/Simulink.In this paper, a test shelf of aircraft wires is built, which simulates the complex multi-branches structure of wiring networks. With the fault detected signal of reflectometry, studying on waveform matching algorithm to design the method to analyze the reflected signal of wiring networks. With the algorithm of Improved Maximum Correlation Difference(IMCD), the analysis and comparison between the simulation results and the actual reflected signal is made to verify the accuracy of the simulation and modeling. Finally, the aircraft wiring networks fault diagnostic test system based on the waveform matching algorithm is designed in LabVIEW. |
