| the traditional process design and production of aircraft wiring harness has been completed based on AutoCAD drawings and Excel documents. The traditional way lacks the extraction of digitized harness design data, and takes a huge human cost; it lacks the digital design rule checking, resulting in the inconsistencies of design data and process data. Meanwhile, by analyzing the currents status of business of the Harness design and production of aircraft, there are some problems has been found as follows: Low degree of digitization and Inflexible data processing, incomplete information technology statements, Lack of change management and feedback of change execution state.For the inherent defects of the traditional way and existing business problems of the vendors, the CHS(Capital Harness System) professional harness design software of American Mentor Graphics Corporation has been introduced in aircraft wiring harness design process, at the same time, the CHS supports extracting data directly from the design documents and checking design rule and provides a good support to configuration management. A new generation aircraft Harness process data generation and management system could be designed and implemented based on CHS software to solve the above problems fundamentally. The main work of this thesis completed as follows:1. Researching the business status of aircraft harness design and production and analyzing existing business problems. Finally, the solution,extracting the design data and calibration, has been putted forward in this thesis based on the demand analysis.2. A subsystem of design data extraction and verification based on CHS has been designed and implemented. According to the requirements of aircraft design and production, A secondary development has been applied to directly extract design data from the CHS design documents and make DRC checking, then the design data has been stored in the Oracle database.3. A subsystem of aircraft harness data processing based on B/S structure has been designed and implemented. The main functions of the subsystem as follows: processing the extracting data of database and generating the specified format report, so as to guiding workers to produce; managing the process data and execution state; processing data flexibly; integrating with other systems.A novel solutions has been proposed in this thesis which is quite different from the traditional way. In this way, the wiring harness data has been directly extracted from the design documents and making the design rule checking, rather than taking the design data into Excel spreadsheet and CAD drawings for extraction. So that the extracting data is more rich to process audit easily. At the same time, the solution supports digital design rule checking and guarantees the data consistency well. Based on the solution, A new aircraft wiring harness process data generation and management system has been designed and implemented. The key technologies in the system, such as generating process report /solving the complex data processing in production and so on, has been implemented. The system has been putted into actual engineering application for one year. it has good response, improves the working efficiency greatly and meets the modern aircraft wiring harness process design and manufacturing requirements... |
