| With the development of technology, a lot of technology is being used in the aircraft. Modern jet automation systems become more complex, people change from the original operator to supervisor gradually. And there have been many difficulties in communication of pilots with automation systems which result in aviation accidents. But most of the current study is from one or several elements of the behavioral factors of pilots conducted under an automated environment,the factors are independent from each other, we can not effectively analyze the influence of the main factors.Therefore, the influence of the pilot cockpit automation behavior is needed.This article employs an aircraft maintenance factory named A as a research object. First of all, as SHELL model as frame,the factors that may induce human errors have been identified by referring to a large of domestic and international interrelated literatures. Then, the relevant information of research base has been collected by using questionnaire investigation. The key human factors set of aircraft maintenance factory A has been determined by combining the objective entropy weight method with the opinions and experience of the field staff. The correctness of the key human factors selection has been verified by analyzing the unsafe events and real situation of aircraft maintenance factory A. Finally, because of different degrees of dependence and feedback between human factors,this paper suggests the method to FAHP(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) for identifying the interactive relationships among the factors and the relative importance weight of the key human factors.The empirical results show that comprehension, training, trust, design, communication are playing critical roles. This article is aimed at the effect types of the above factors.Some corresponding measures and suggestions have been proposed in order to reduce the probabilities of human errors and Provide recommendations for airline training and manual writing. |
