Base On The Human Factors Of Evaluative Research About The Ability Of Student Pilot Dispose Flight Special Situation

With the gradual expansion of the scale of Chinese airlines and the increase of air traffic flow year by year,corresponding unsafe incidents happen every year,even serious flight incidents and accidents,which posed a severe challenge to the safety management of airlines and air traffic control units.With the rapid development of aviation technology,the mechanical factors of flight accident rate were falling,while human factors causing flight accident rate were increasing,especially in special flight situation when the flight crew failed to timely and effectively dispose and then caused accidents,which makes the human factors become the main object of study.This article introduced the special flight situation deeply,and then based on the civil aviation accidents occurred at home and abroad,discussed the pilot presented problems when disposing the emergency situation based on the human factor theory,which was a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the problems involved in the lack of the ability of disposal,and summarized the methods and processes of flight situation disposal.According to own flight experience and the collection of related materials,and discussing with some senior flight instructors,based on the human factors,constructed the related indicators for student pilot to dispose the special situation which are professional knowledge,skills,consciousness,personal characteristics of four primary indicators and corresponding secondary indicators.Firstly,through the introduction of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),constructed the flight situation disposal ability assessment model.According to the survey data collected from domestic and foreign,assessed the key indicators for student pilot to dispose situation.Secondly,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to evaluate the overall flight situation disposal capacity of student.Finally,from the analysis of empirical data,some suggestions were put forward to improve the ability of students.The results show that the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were simple and practical,and could analyze the risk factors that affected the situation disposal ability of student more objectively and accurately.
