With the rapid expansion of airport expansion and urban development, the noise problem caused by aircraft taking off and landing becomes more and more serious,the life and work of resident is affecting, even seriously restricting the healthy development of the airport. Therefore, scientific, quickly and accurately forecasts the effect of noise nearby the airport based on the flight track will be very important.This paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the airport noise,the traditional airport noise propagation model and its various correction factor, 3airport noise calculation model is introduced. The flight track is divided into the combination of straight line and curve after analyzing its geometry characteristic.According to different track segments have its own power value, calculate their corresponding noise influence, Then proposed straight line track calculation model and curve line track calculation model to calculate the area's noise of influence. For noise overlapping regions using noise energy superposition method to calculate the value of its affected by noise, and finally the noise situation in the affected area all track sections together we can come to track the impact of noise the whole situation.Since the model of this paper is the basis of the aircraft on the NPD database,but the database slant range and noise values are discrete points, this paper create the inverse distance weighted logarithmic method to solve this problem, the algorithm is high time efficiency, accuracy relatively accurate. After the noise impact on regional grid, the use of calculation models and paper proposed interpolation algorithm can be derived more comprehensive airport noise affecting the data. Finally,based on the results of the above methods of noise grid data, using a contour propagation algorithm, to map out the effects of noise contours of this region. The impact of airport noise situation visually unfolded.
