With the rapid development of the science and technology unceasing development and the process of the city, people dependent on the transport increased gradually, especially the bus for the majority of groups. Because the city population increase to the city has brought huge economic benefits at the same time, it also brings the city a traffic congestion problem, especially for the mass transit vehicles depend on. Road construction is one of the methods to solve the problem of traffic congestion, by widening the road, increase road can ease the traffic pressure, but also brought many problems, such as the construction of city demolition, road funding problems, road repair and so on, so it is impossible to fundamentally solve the problem of traffic congestion on the road alone. To solve the problem of traffic congestion, we must first solve the problem of running efficiency of public transport vehicles, and the level of public transit vehicle efficiency depends directly on the scheduling efficiency of buses is good or bad, study a method to monitor vehicles and has a scheme of intelligent scheduling not only has theoretical significance, but also has a strong practical value.This paper focuses on the research of the theory and technology of intelligent dispatching system based on satellite navigation and public transport vehicles, mainly from the design scheme of intelligent bus dispatch system, public transit vehicle mobile terminal design and implementation of intelligent bus scheduling technology, three aspects of in-depth study, and finally gives the realization of system engineering.Firstly, in the design of intelligent bus dispatch system, the main technical difficulties presented the whole system structure and composition, the main function of the system and the technical index and system, and gives the overall scheme and the framework of intelligent scheduling system for public traffic vehicle GPS navigation system based on.Secondly, the mobile terminal technology carries on the detailed introduction to the public transportation, design of software and hardware for communication system and positioning system, including the MCU interface and communication port design, carries on the design to the vehicle positioning, the speech function, at the same time the vehicle mobile terminal of GSM serial communication module hardware and software design in detail, and eventually realize the soft hardware.Thirdly, the intelligent scheduling technology on the public vehicle to the macro and micro analysis and description, simple introduces the management and dispatching center and sub center equipment, as well as line dispatching station equipment composition, architecture and function modules are presented. The central control software, the overall structure of the vehicle, the monitoring center, workstation, scheduling the application of hybrid networking center organizes, and gives the performance index of the final.Finally, according to the introduction and the research front system scheduling scheme, a mobile terminal and scheduling techniques, this chapter carries on the analysis and implementation of the system function by using engineering technology, and display and description of the system.
