Customer needs are becoming diversified and personalized with the promotion of consumption concept.The existing workshop production mode has been difficult to adapt to this trend of development.As one of the core technologies of the development of the times,the technology of IOT has been widely used in manufacturing industry.Through the use of technology of communication network and sensor network in job-shop production process,Autonomous IOT system can realize control,tracing of device status and perception of disturbances in real-time.The IOT technology is one of the important technologies to ensure the efficient operation of production scheduling system in jobshop.In this paper,by combining the technology of job-shop scheduling and IOT,the solution of autonomy IOT system for supporting real-time scheduling is proposed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the technology of IOT perception is studied,then the job-shop manufacturing network is constructed.The job-shop equipment resources are mapped into intelligent individuals.The communication network and communication specifications between individuals are designed to support the design of the scheduling system.Secondly,an IOT system framework of distributed control based on MAS is proposed.Through in-depth study of Agent characteristics and mapping mode,a job-shop scheduling model based on MAS is designed.Through the above work,the scheme of IOT system for supporting real-time scheduling is completed.Thirdly,A mathematical model is designed,and the objectives of this model are production cost,makespan and equipment load.Through research on the MAS scheduling algorithm,the shortcomings of MAS scheduling algorithm under traditional contract network protocol are summarized.Based on that,an improved MAS scheduling algorithm of the contract network protocol is proposed to ensure agents work in effective synergy.Finally,an IOT system for supporting real-time scheduling is built.The hardware platform of the IoT system is designed.The agent is integrated with the hardware unit,and the control scheme is designed.The cloud system and MAS scheduling system are designed,and they cooperate to complete the collection,processing and status tracking of orders.Through experimental research,the effectiveness of the IoT system is verified.
