| This thesis is focused on designing an automatic system to test the transducers of mine when it was in storage for a long term and the fuse parameters should be calibrated again. The system is composed of acoustic source, magnetic source, hydraulic source, as well as signal capture and processing module. It combines several techniques together, such as acoustic press equivalency, vector magnetic field generation, hydraulic source simulation, weak signal detection, and is used to test the acoustic transducer, magnetic transducer and hydraulic transducer. This system has several advantages such as comprehensive functions, high reliability, rapid speed, high precision and easy to be operated.Although the acoustic, magnetic and hydraulic transducers can be tested individually, currently the comprehensive test system integrating three kinds of test method is absent in our country. An in-depth research on the comprehensive test system of mine transducer was implemented in this paper, The main content of thesis are as follows:According to the principle and application of mine, the test methods to measure the acoustic transducer, three-axis magnetic transducer and hydraulic transducer are introduced. The three key techniques, such as the acoustic pressure sensitivity test technique for acoustic transducer, high accurate three-axis magnetic field generation, high resolution pressure generation, are introduced with emphasis.The techniques to detect, analyse and process the weak signal are studied. A low noise preamplifier is used to amplify the output of acoustic transducer. The D/A and A/D converter with 16-bit resolution are chosen to generate and capture signal individually. The digital lock-in detect algorithm is achieved using virtual instrument technology, thus the test precision is improved.The comprehensive test system platform based on virtual instrumentation is built. The parameters of acoustic transducer, magnetic transducer and hydraulic transducer are tested automatically under the control of computer. The experimental results show that this system is effective.Finally,the conclusions of this thesis are summarized, and the future work is considered. |
