In recent years, China’s annual vehicle growth rate is always at a high level. Tremendoustraffic pressure on urban traffic control department, force them set up a large number ofdeceleration devices to reduce traffic accidents, but when the vehicle through thesedeceleration devices, a lot of energy was wasted. If we can collect conversion and use theseenergy will result in huge benefits, pavement hydraulic deceleration generating device is justbased on the above theory.This paper put the transducer devices of new pavement hydraulic deceleration powerinstallations as a research object, first introduced the basic principles of pavement hydraulicdeceleration power installations, modeling Simulation and calculation the force of movingvehicles through the pavement hydraulic deceleration power installations. Obtain variousstages of the force model and specific size of the force when vehicle through the pavementhydraulic deceleration power installations. According to the modeling count results useAMESim software simulation the dynamic performance of the transducer, obtain oil volumewas charged into the accumulator, the curve of flow change with the spring stiffness, cylinderinside diameter of the transducer, finalized in line with the practical application of thestructural dimensions of the transducer.Build a3D solid model of the transducer by UG6.0and nested into ANSYSWorkbench12.0to conduct static analysis, modal analysis and transient dynamics analysis.Static analysis of the transducer in the rolling and partial rolling both cases, and withstand themaximum pressure, transducer’s overall deformation cloud images, the stress-strain cloudimages. Analysis these cloud images to find the Y directing maximum deformation and whichsite; the overall maximum stress and dangerous parts. First6natural frequencies、modeshapes and resonant frequencies are obtained by transducer modal analysis. By transientdynamic analysis, obtain the overall deformation cloud images, the stress-strain cloud imagesof the transducer in the vehicle through transducer a complete process, and to analyze cloudimages.The content of this article belongs to the practical application type, with some referencefor increasingly sophisticated transducer design or analysis and facilitating role.
