Ad hoc Blockade Zone Ammunition Group is a new concept that in order to achieve the purpose of specific regional blockade. This system can deploy random ammunition quickly under a wireless network, blockade and keep surveillance a region, and be able to detect and optimally bomb enemy targets entering the area. The premise of Ad hoc Blockade Zone Ammunition Group is that random tossed ammunition can construct network in the target area automatically, and locate all the ammunition nodes. Therefore, this paper presents an in-depth research on the location technology of Ad hoc Blockade Zone Ammunition Group. The main work and innovations are as following:1. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the domestic and foreign Ad hoc localization algorithm, researched DV-Hop localization algorithm. Analyzed the hop DV-Hop algorithm, the correction value calculation, broadcast and calculated unknown node coordinate, and discussed the influence of network topology changes may encounter in the process of localization algorithm for locating process and bad node problem. Analysis shows that: the DV-Hop as the range free localization algorithm, its hardware and software implement simply, achieved a high positioning accuracy, suitable for the system of Ad hoc Blockade Zone Ammunition Group.2. Design Ad hoc Blockade Zone Ammunition Group’s nodes based on modularization. The nodes use PHILIPS LPC2220 processor and Flash chip SST39VF160 as the program code memory, realized the function of wireless ad hoc network by nRF2401 wireless transceiver chip. The nodes can connect with a computer through the serial port, and support JTAG programming and debugging.3. Complete the software system of Ad hoc Blockade Zone Ammunition Group nodes design and realization. For the UC/OS-II operating system based on the nodes function need custom transplantation, and compiled program by using ADS, debugging through JTAG, completed the software of DV-Hop positioning algorithm, analyzed and summarized the running results of the algorithm.
