The ammunition support system is primarily used to transfer and mount ammunition before catapult launch of carrier-based aircraft.The support operation of ammunition is the most time-consuming in the aircraft aviation security.There are a series of complex operations prior to the mounting phase need to be performed,including transportation in magazine,assemble of ammunition,transportation process of ammunition on deck,etc.The support process of ammunition involves in a wide range of resources such as auxiliary equipment,ammunition support crews,etc.Besides,the transportation operation of ammunition on deck may conflict with other operations.Ammunition support operation is an important factor restricting the sortie generation capability.How to mount the required weapons and ammunition for the carrier-based aircraft that will take off within the stipulated time as soon as possible is a challenge faced by the carrier.For the problem,based on the simulation system of sortie generation on carrier established in our laboratory,the simulation system of ammunition scheduling under the limitations of related resources is established to arrange transport resources and the order of ammunition scheduling,so as to generate a reasonable ammunition scheduling scheme of carrier-based aircraft.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,based on the collection and organization of the related literature,this paper analyzes the composition of ammunition support system.Scheduling process of ammunition under the following three situations is respectively designed: buffer of ammunition in assembly room can fully meet the carrier aircraft supply needs,the buffer of ammunition in assembly room cannot fully meet the carrier aircraft supply needs,buffer of ammunition in assembly room is not exist.Based on the above research,the structural framework of ammunition support simulation system is established.Secondly,based on the simulation system of sortie generation on carrier set up by our laboratory and the distributed simulation platform of high-level architecture and Vega Prime,a scheduling simulation system of the lower ammunition magazine was established to realize simulation and visualization of the ammunition scheduling in the compartments and channels below the assemble room.Through simulating a typical operation of carrier-based aircraft,it is verified that the simulation system can effectively simulate the ammunition scheduling process of the lower ammunition magazine,and the best ammunition layout can be obtained by analyzing the simulation results.Thirdly,on the basis of the scheduling simulation system of the lower ammunition magazine we have established,a mathematical model about the process of ammunition is removed from the ammunition tank until be mounted on a carrier-based aircraft is established.Then,the improved simulated annealing algorithm for ammunition scheduling is designed.Through the typical case study of the ammunition scheduling respectively based on simulated annealing algorithm and improved simulated annealing algorithm,the effectiveness and superiority of the improved simulated annealing algorithm are verified and the optimal scheduling plan of ammunition is obtained.Finally,by using the ammunition scheduling system based on the improved simulated annealing algorithm and modifying the values of some relevant parameters,support process of ammunition is simulated.As a result,some factors that will affect the ammunition scheduling are quantitatively analyzed.The scheduling process of ammunition is simulated and optimized by changing the number of aircraft and crews on deck,the influence mechanism to the process of ammunition scheduling and the reasonable configuration of the crews who are in charge of mounting ammunition are obtained.
