In order to remove the blockade ammunition deep within5m of the airport runway underground timely and effectively in the future war, through the use of shaped charge penetration theory calculation and ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation analysis on the basis of3m penetration existing standard products, designed a counter blockade ammunition operating conveniently, safely and reliably, simulated the performance, studied the asymmetric factors, target universality and slapper detonator safety blasting technology, reached jet speed, penetration depth and time curve and slapper impact pressure and time curve.The counter blockade ammunition charge diameter is300mm, charge hight is445mm, and the shape is cylinder-circular truncated cone; The charge is B explosive, charge quality is36.559kg; cone type liner material is15steel, thickness is10mm, cone angle is55°; hight of burst is450mm; initiating source is slapper detonator.When the eccentric initiation distance is0.1~5mm, the penetration performance are barely affected; the angle and eccentric distance inaccuracy between charge axis and liner axis should be controlled within0.7°and0.6mm respectively, wall-thickness-difference of liner, eccentric distance inaccuracy between liner top and charge axis should be controlled within0.4mm as far as possible in engineering application.When the burst height is450~480mm, charge density is1.65~1.74g/cm3, and the wall-thickness-difference of liner is9.6~10.7mm, the counter blockade ammunition can also meet the penetration requirements; the more homogeneous charge density is, the better penetration performance is; if plain concrete’s thickness increases, and gravel layer or soil layer’s thickness reduces correspondingly, the penetration performance will improve; the greater density of soil, the weaker penetration ability is.For the flyer detonator, in flyer thickness range, the detonation pressure impacting acceptor charge is not sensitive with changes of the thickness for saucer flyer and flat flyer, while ball-gap flyer and conical flyer more sensitive, especially ball-gap flyer; changing the flyer shape and thickness can be well controlled detonation wave, consequently increasing the velocity of flyer and achieving to the purpose for high shock pressure to the acceptor charge.
