| Reinforced concrete structure is one of the most widely used in the field of civil engineering structures with its advantages. And shear walls, as the main lateral force-resisting components, play an important role in resisting seismic action. Its seismic performance directly is related to the security of the structure under earthquake force. Therefore shear walls have been widely applied to high-rise and super high-rise buildings.Earthquake is a huge destructive and paroxysmal natural disaster.There would be different degrees of damage appeared and continuously accumulated until local failure or overall collapsed of building structures. So the study on seismic damage of reinforced concrete shear walls is of great practical significance in designing, assessing damage and strengthening the whole structure. The article is primarily aimed at establishing an expression to evaluate seismic damage of reinforced concrete shear walls and reveal the influence law that different design parameters effect the seismic performance and damage evolution of reinforced concrete shear walls. In this paper, the mainly work completed as follows:After having analyzed existing single parameter and double seismic damage models briefly, this paper proposes that a new non-linear combination of two damage parameters for stiffness degradation of maximum displacement and accumulated irreversible plastic deformation, is used to describe the damage of reinforced concrete shear walls, and then a new type of seismic damage model is established on the basis of YuHaiyang’s model. This paper gives the combining parameters of damage assessment formula and the divide standard of damage grades by means of the elastic-plastic analysis results of reinforced concrete shear walls with the finite analysis software ABAQUS. Then the paper uses the results of numerical simulation to calculate and contrast the damage indexes of the model, the model Yu Haiyang Model and Park-Ang Model, and the comparison of the damage indexes of the three models proves the efficiency of the damage model in this paper.On the other hand, based on the elastic-plastic analysis of reinforced concrete shear walls,the paper analyses the influence of the seismic performance of the shear walls with differentdesign parameters. And on the basis of the simulation results and the calculation formula, the paper obtains the relationship between the displacement and the damage indexes and reveals the influence of the different factors on the damage evolution of the shear walls.In this paper, a modified seismic damage model for reinforced concrete shear wall is established, which has a certain reference value for the damage assessment of the shear wall and even the whole structure. |
