Because of the wide application of computer technology, modern electric power and electronic technology, A variety of modern industrial production equipment has developed into complex electromechanical systems, which couple multi-physical processes, multi-module structures and multifunctional properties together. Electromechanical coupling system, which consists of mechanical systems, electromagnetic system and coupling electromagnetic field, is common to all types of electromechanical systems. So, it is significant to study the electromechanical coupling system and its dynamic characteristics. In this paper, the typical electromechanical coupling system, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) and NN planetary gear transmission with small tooth number difference, will be studied further. The main research contents are as follows:This paper will analyze and establish the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and explore the relationship between voltage, current, flux linkage, torque and so on, which can achieve the purpose of accurate quantification of each parameter.This paper will elaborate on the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control strategy and propose a vector control strategy of PMSM based on voltage space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM). Then Matlab/simulink simulation platform will be used to build the simulation model of PMSM vector control system, Subsequently, the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of PMSM based on vector control strategy will be explored.This paper will deeply analyze the meshing stiffness excitation and error excitation of the NN planetary gear reducer with small tooth number difference. Then the nonlinear vibration model of NN planetary gear including multi degree of freedom, multi gap, variable parameters and bending torsion coupling will be established to reveal the nonlinear vibration characteristics of planetary gear with small tooth number difference.In this paper, the multi domain simulation platform of AMESim will be used to establish the dynamic simulation model of NN planetary gear with small tooth number difference. Then, the global electromechanical coupling simulation model of NN planetary gear servo drive system will be set up with the use of Simulink and AMESim co-simulation technology. Next, the influence mechanism of electromagnetic parameters and mechanical parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the global electromechanical coupling system will be explored.
