This dissertation study a new type involute planetary gear reducer with few teethdifference mainly used by CNC machine tools and other precision servo drive transmission.This reducer has advantages of the stiffness, high efficiency, small size, high precisionmovement, a good seal, the use of grease lubrication, non-disclosure, non-maintenance.The dissertation gives a new structure of double eccentric involute planetary gear reducerwith few teeth difference on the basis of analyzing the structural theory of existing involuteplanetary gear reducer with few teeth difference. This structure of double-gear installed in thedouble eccentric crankshaft solves the equilibrium causing by the motion used the doubleeccentric crankshaft instead of the traditional single eccentric structure and balance blockthrough adequately making use of the theory of few teeth difference transmission, andalleviating disadvantages of liberation, noise and over-heat.The dissertation accomplished a new structure of reduction ratio30of double eccentricinvolute planetary gear reducer with few teeth difference, with used closed graph to select themodification coefficients of the internal gear pairs thereby and then computed otherparameters of the internal gear pairs thereby. Used ANSYS software to analyze structurestatics analysis of double eccentric, the internal gear pairs thereby, the whole reducer, andarrived at a realized conclusion: The structural stress and strain is easy to fully meet thedesign requirements. Used ANSYS software to analyze the modal of3D virtual prototype,and arrived at a realized conclusion: the inherent frequency of the system is much higher than the input frequency, so resonance will not occur; and we put forward to pay attention tostrengthening the rigid of the key components when designed the reducer structure. The newstructure of reduction ratio30of double eccentric involute planetary gear reducer with fewteeth difference is manufactured to do experiments of efficiency, the efficiency of reducer isto be86.2%.The main innovations of the dissertation is the optimization study structure of a new typeinvolute planetary gear reducer with few teeth difference, designed the structure of doubleeccentric crankshaft instead of the single eccentric crankshaft, simplified structure of involuteplanetary gear reducer with few teeth difference, the performance of the whole gear tends toexcellent; It obtain a new series design of involute planetary gear reducer with few teethdifference by study of design methods of existing involute planetary gear reducer with fewteeth difference.
