With the rapid development of China's economic and rising living standard, civil aviation industry has been vigorously developing, which is under the government's attention and support. And ensuing environmental issues become a major public concern. Among them, the airport aviation noise, as the problem which people can feel directly, is the main restriction on the expansion of airports and the further development of the civil aviation.Airport aviation noise has always been a puzzle to every civil aviations. And adopting the noise abatement procedures(NAP) is the common approach for the international civil aviation, and may include the redesign of the optimized arrival/departure trajectories, which can avoid the aircraft flying over the populated areas. In this paper, starting with the annoyance caused by noise, the noise annoyance indexes are defined considering different time and different areas. And it can quantify the annoyance one flight event probably causes. Learning from the study experience abroad of related optimization problem, to reduce the noise annoyance indexes of sensitive locations, a preliminary multi-objective optimization model of the departure trajectory is built. Then the model is simplified with gridding. To solve the problem, two approaches are proposed with two algorithms respectively, the ant colony algorithm and the relaxed lexicographic algorithm. The two approaches are compared in the nature of themselves, and the simulation results with the hypotheses scenario verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the both algorithms. Thus, the methods and results in this paper have an important reference and guidance to design optimized arrival/departure trajectory intelligently, and lay a solid foundation for further study of airport noise abatement strategies in China.
