The Research Of Noise Abatement Measures Based On Flight Procedures Optimization

In recent years,the impact of aircraft noise in residential area around the airport has become a serious problem with the increase of airports and flights.It's meaningful to evaluate the influence of flight noise and find out solutions in the aircraft operation level.This thesis first reviews the domestic and international research status on the airport noise and concludes the noise evaluation Methods in different countries.The principal and calculation method of domestic evaluation factor WECPNL is introduced.Taken flight procedure,flight performance and INM noise evaluation model into consideration,a general model of airport noise influence calculation is built.The major factors and principals,which affects the distribution of noise contours and noise measures values in certain points,has been analyzed.Then with the help of INM software and MATLAB,a comprehensive research on the noise abatement method based on flight procedure optimization has been conducted with computation simulation.It includes noise abatement departure procedure,the offset departure procedure,continues descend procedure and preferred runway noise abatement procedure.Finally Shenzhen airport is chosen to be an evaluation example.A set of practical noise reduction solution,which well fits the actual operation situation of Shenzhen airport,has been given.It contains flexible use of various methods.The airport operation situation before and after the implementation of the noise reduction situation is simulated.A detailed analysis of changes in the noise contour shape,the surface of influence area is given.With the support of the airport administration and local environment authority,the solution,which is feasible in the actual operation,could significantly reduce the airport noise influence.
