In the recent and long term development of civil aviation industry,the sustainable development of aviation industry and airport is an important factor leading the development of aviation research.With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the expansion of airports,the increase of passenger and cargo throughput,and the increase of departures and landings flights,have made the noise problem of China's airports increasingly obvious.To ensure the sustainable development of the civil aviation,it is count for much that take aviation noise impact seriously and mitigate it effectively.Starting from the departure vertical profile management procedure and the lateral track management procedure,this paper optimizes the departure noise abatement procedure to better alleviate the airport noise problem.Firstly,a calculation model of aircraft departure trajectory is established according to the movement characteristics of aircraft.Under this model,a variety of aircraft state parameters can be presented.Then a noise calculation model based on NDP curve,aircraft thrust and flight trajectory is presented.Taking the departure situation of Tianjin airport as an example,the trajectory generation simulation and noise calculation are carried out to demonstrate the availability of the model.Secondly,the principle of the departure noise abatement procedure is expounded.Based on the analysis of the departure profile management procedure elements,a mathematical representation of the departure profile management procedure is proposed.Then the noise influence of changing some elements of the departure vertical profile was analyzed which lays a foundation for the follow-up optimization research.Finally,the security constraints that must be satisfied when the departure noise abatement procedure is optimized are given.Then,the departure noise abatement procedure was optimized with the goal of minimizing the noise of the independent sensitive point.According to the near and far types of the noise sensitive points,the optimization was carried out according to the frame of NADP1 or NADP2.Taking the terminal area environment of Tianjin Airport and the B738 aircraft as examples,the departure noise abatement procedure optimization of independent noise sensitive point was carried out,and the effectiveness of NADP1 & NADP2 framework was verified.Finally,this paper analyzes the departure noise abatement vertical profile optimization problem for relevant noise sensitive points,establishes the multi-objective optimization model of departure noise abatement procedure considering various security constraints,and us the improved SA algorithm to solve it.Taking the environment of Tianjin terminal area and B738 aircraft as examples,the multi-objective optimization model of the departure noise abatement procedure for the relevant noise sensitive points was solved,and the optimized departure noise abatement procedure was determined.The effect of the model is analyzed by comparing multiple target values before and after optimization.The simulation results of MATLAB show that the vertical profile management procedure obtained by the optimization model can reduce the noise of noise sensitive point,especially the noise of close noise sensitive point.
