| In the Aircraft landing operation, the basic role of the airport ground lights(AGLS) for pilot guidance can be classified into two basic elements: directional guidance and bearing indication. AGLS is a signal point light source, whose light intensity is very high and effluence angle is very small. The qualified photometric parameters of lamps have a direct effect in whether the pilot can accurately judge gesture and orientation of the aircraft and whether the aircraft can land safely. At present domestic airport lack the instruments. To the problem of low detection rate and high cost of the detecting system within the industry, after learning maintenance requirements and special nature of our national AGLS, Firstly, a novel method based on linear CCD and FPGA to statically detect photometric parameters of the navigation light was proposed. The system using linear CCD as photoelectric sensor can realize a column signal once imaging, improving the detection speed; A high-speed signal acquisition system based on FPGA is proposed to finish data collection, which make the system have more stability, higher acquisition accuracy and higher acquisition speed. Secondly, through comparative and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the existing algorithm, Thesis determined and optimized the most suitable algorithms for drawing equivalency light intensity, solving curve effluence angle and light axis. Finally, some experiments are introduced, doing a system calibration for the collected data, and then processing the data by the corresponding data processing algorithm to obtain photometric parameters, the feasibility of the algorithm proves validated by using MATLAB.All in all, the experimental results show that the functions designed system can meet measurement requirements, proposed algorithm can be applied to solve the three photometric parameters of lights; the system measurement resolution has reached the ICAO criterion and can satisfy the application demands for requirement of domestic AGLS. The design hardware and software of the system and application of the related algorithms can provide references for navigation11ights’ maintenance and testing. |
