The individuality and behavior of passengers during civil aircraft emergency have notable influence to evacuation efficiency and it should be noticed by guiders. For cabin crew and flight crew to guide passengers more efficiency, study crowd behavior of passengers evacuation during civil aircraft emergency can be helpful. This study has significant value to raise survival rate of passengers in flight accidents.Cabin passenger evacuation model was built based on agent-modeling method and cellular automata theory. The model considered civil aircraft emergency evaluation sense. The evacuation simulation software called CabinEvacu was developed based on the model. Using CabinEvacu, we observed evacuation situations in different senses. Then we found evacuation features and behavior characteristics of passengers evacuation during civil aircraft emergency.The research results list follows:1.Got large amounts of civil aircraft passenger evacuation time data which correspond with related requirements in CCAR25.2.Discovered six escape phenomenon which include “competition-delay” ?“competition-accelerate”?“one side congestion”?“alternately forward”?“waste of effective escape space ”?“ waste of effective escape district ” and four effect which include“accumulation effect of multi usable emergency exits ”?“short board of cask effect”?“delay transfer effect” and“accelerate-transfer effect”.The innovation of the paper are:1. Considered the influence of passengers' psychological condition to evacuation during emergency evacuation. Therefore we divided passengers into three types. The evacuation simulation software reflected the differences of the passengers' type.2. Combined grids' size?crowds average speed with squeeze factor while set time step so that it can be more reasonable. We also discussed the influence of step difference between different ages in different areas. The Simulation will match the actual emergency evacuation better.
