Hypersonic-Glide Vehicle(HGV) has gradually become a hot topic in the world, because of its high speed, well-known attack performance, and good break-defense capability. Based on the method of Multidisciplinary Design Optimization(MDO), a HGV Integrated Design Environment(HGVIDE) is designed and applied to HGV multidisciplinary design optimization.Firstly, the models of geometric shape, aerodynamic, thermal and ballistic have been established. a) Based on the idea of parametric design, a parameterized model which is convenient for analysis and design is proposed; b) Using the engineering estimation method, a set of engineering estimation models for aerodynamic force and heat flux are proposed, respectively; c) A boost-glide trajectory is modeled and analyzed, and a maximum lift-drag ratio trajectory is proposed, which will be used to replace the maximal range trajectory for HGV integrated optimization.Thirdly, the MDO method and multi-disciplinary integration technology for vehicle design is studied. Based on the modular programming method, the subjects of geometric shape, aerodynamic, thermal and ballistic have been integrated to establish a HGV integrated design environment HGVIDE.At last, researches on multi-objective optimization and analysis for HGV are studied by using the HGVIDE. According to the requirements of task, a reasonable HGV basic scheme is proposed. Then, two multi-objective optimization examples aiming at aerodynamic performance and ballistic performance are studied and the corresponding Pareto fronts are obtained. The optimization results show that on the premise of meeting given constraints, the aerodynamic performance and ballistic performance of HGV are improved significantly.This dissertation focuses on the integrated design and optimization for HGV, designs a complete, efficient and practical HGV integrated design and optimization environment(HGVIDE). The environment can be used for on HGV integrated design and optimization, which has a good reference value for HGV conceptual and preliminary design stage.
