Flight test is one of the essential steps among the process of aircraft development process. Increasing flight tests are required with the development of aerospace industry. Including novel aerodynamic configuration, flow control technique research, test of control algorithm and test of aerodynamic characteristics, airworthiness of new models.Atmosphere free-flight model test is an important test method, using powered, reduced-Scale model. The convincing characteristics of stall, spin and high angle of attack are able to be presented. Moreover, the model is not limited to the size of the wind tunnel and supporting system, with low cost and risk free compared with the manned flight tests. In this thesis, a small-size seven-hole probe module is developed. The wind tunnel test of spinning cone cylinder body and spin flight test are conducted with the module, indicates its utility and reliability. The pressure data of seven holes are calculated by the micro controller of the module. Then the data will be recorded into storage card. The attitude data is acquired simultaneously, providing a convincing data support of the aerodynamic phenomenon. The light-weight system enables a flight test using small electronic powered model aircraft, the flight data of the spin maneuver demonstrates the whole process of the stall-deviation-spin entry-developed spin-spin recovery. The changing of angle of attack/sideslip and inertia force is observed as while as the vibration. This technique enlarge the research method of fluid mechanics, provides a promising testbed for further investigation of aerodynamics.
