Nowadays, morphing aircraft have been developed at home and abroad. In new environment, it is a new challenge that the new aircraft always maintain good performance in changing flight environment(Maher number, height, etc.) and during performing a variety of tasks(Such as landing, cruise, maneuvering, hovering, attack, etc.). Shape memory alloy(SMA), as a new type of intelligent material, has provided a new technology for the design of morphing aircraft. Because of its good performance, high energy density and strong environmental adaptability, it has brought the feasibility of the study of the variant aircraft under the supersonic condition.In this paper, the theoretical analysis, design and experimental study of the structure of the variant aircraft based on the SMA wire drive are carried out. Firstly, the theoretical analysis and experimental data of the mechanical properties of SMA wire are studied. Secondly, based on the concept of morphing aircraft deformation, the driving structure design based on SMA is carried out. The structural design including the front wing aircraft, the ailerons, flaps, winglet and SMA wire arrangement plan. In the CATIA software, a variant of the wing model is built, and the feasibility of the driving structure is obtained by ANSYS simulation. The physical model is made by means of numerical control at last. Thirdly, this paper designs an embedded measureme nt and control system based on the CRIO-9068 controller, uses the limited space of driver to build the embedded hardware, and complete the design of the software. Through the CRIO-9068 controller, the whole system can capture the angle and temperature in real time, and realize the real-time control of the driving structure based on SMA. The experimental data is transmitted to the Windows interface by the Ethernet.
