| Because of rapid national economy developing,there is the tough competition performance in China construction market,which makes construction company face the survival chanllenge,such as project management risk,operating profits,market pressure,brand effect and etc.So the construction company is based on perfect work completion of construction quality,safety,schedule and friendly environment protection,how to achieve the work of scientific project risk management work will become the key way of construction company operating management.Electromechanical installation project is one of the important construction installation engineering.which usually takes large investment and long schedule,and many unpredictable elements happen during the process.So the problems exsiting in the project risk management is highlighting,and the traditional project management method cannot meet the requirements of quality,safety.schedule,cost and etc.from the modern project.For electromechanical installation engineering in China,the experience is not sufficient.so improving level of risk management,also doing well the identification and precaution of risk which can ensure the project go smoothly.This project is in the instance of mechanical and electrical installation project risk management for Suzhou Centre,which refers to risk management theory.Summary up based on the general profile of this project and contruction key points and difficulties to analyze risk impacting elements,forming conclusion of the facing,or potential risk,including quality,safety,schedule and commerce.Doing risk identification by means of Delphi method and Brainstorming method,which containing:quality target and completion acceptance belongs to quality risk;construction cooperation,labor resource and construction site distribution belongs to safety risk;regional coordination,construction schedule and commissioning schedule belongs to schedule risk;the cost of labor.materials and mechanical equipment,and construction change and claim belongs to commercial risk.Secondly,choosing Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to assess the identified risk,and concluding the commerce risk is the highest assessment risk factor.Besides,creating hierarchical structure of the project construction risk,drawing review sheet of project risk and sorting table of the key risk project for analyzing the highest risk factor.Finally.working out the risk control system from the areas of quality,safety,schedule and commerce,and providing solutions for specific risk,for example,establing quality risk responsibility system,specifying safey risk control communication procedure,carrying out schedule ensuring measures,controlling method of commerce cost and etc.management work.Take reasonable method and actual strategy to control all kinds of project risk,including risk retention,risk aversion,risk transfer,risk mitigation and risk utility.Combined with analyzing results,the present status of insufficient risk management experience on mechanical and electrical installation engineering is existing,so researching content in this thesis expects scientific and reasonable project risk management mode,which plays the actual and referring role for similar work and stating in this thesis can be made use of similar or same project and provide reference basis on stated solution measures. |
