At present, with the rapid development of industry, power grid operation in our country is becoming more and more complicated, with various nonlinear loads connected to the electricity grid, produce a large amount of harmonic current, reactive power, etc., brought extra burden for power grid, the frequent power failures.In power system design, in order to reduce the short-circuit current, often in the circuit breaker series reactor, and limit the short circuit current. With the increasing complexity of electric power system, reactor for shear too frequent, lead to reactor to heat up, overheating after accelerated aging, severe cases, can make the insulation damage, cause a short circuit accident, causing a fire. Reactor common fault is that the dendritic operation temperature, surface discharge and interturn discharge, leakage, etc. These problems can have two phenomenon, first, after the equipment aging, inevitably cause in the process of running temperature. Second, when the internal insulation damage, internal magnetic field and the normal operation of the time there will be more apparent.In this paper, a kind of on-line monitoring and fire warning system of dry type reactor design. Aiming at the existing measuring methods, this paper aimed at the existing problems to improve. Dry type reactor in the running state when the internal coil electricity, according to the principle of electromagnetic induction, normal by power frequency current time will produce regular changing magnetic field, when the internal insulation, or damage to the reactor will produce a lot of magnetic flux leakage, the surrounding magnetic field changed, converts magnetic field to current signal, realize the reactor insulation monitoring, according to the operation experience, can know the reactor through gathering the top four positions of the temperature change can reflect device is the overall situation of heating up, on top of the reactor is set up four thermal probe, four positions of the temperature real time acquisition, and the change of temperature is converted into a current, realizes the on-line temperature monitoring, at the same time, design type cover reactor coil surrounding, by the processor, measuring magnetic field changes, according to the variation of magnetic field, the magnetic flux leakage situation.After determining the measurements, this paper chose the appropriate hardware and processor, analyzes the content of the scheme design, at the same time through the Zigbee network and GPRS communication, long distance transmission of data to the monitoring center. In the monitoring center, network access mode and data storage mode is designed. Through this design, the reactor temperature and magnetic flux leakage can be real-time sampling, in order to prevent fire accidents.
