E level insulation power transformer is to improve the ability of resistance to overload and short circuit and design research and development of a power transformer, this transformer E level insulation is adopted as the main insulation of carrier fluid, and adopted a series of special design, through research, insulating paper, formulation design, technology research and test preparation, production preparation, test and research, etc., finally successfully developed a E level insulation power transformer. This type of transformer in Europe, north Africa, and other high-end electric power market has a wide range of requirements.Through to A level of insulation materials and E insulation test and comparison are made on confirmed E level insulation material electrical performance and mechanical performance can satisfy the design requirements of oil-immersed power transformer, and through the validation of the main longitudinal insulation draw reliable insulation scheme. E level insulation power transformer adopts four box five pillar type core, windings fully considering the short circuit strength, heat oil duct and impact strength, are used in shield continuous and continuous winding, all use self-adhesive transposed conductor coil. Coil adopts a new type of arrangement, effectively improve the anti-short circuit ability of each coil.
