In order to compensate charging power of transmission lines,suppression system power frequency voltage rise and operating over-voltage,eliminate the synchronous generator with no-load long as self-excitation phenomenon,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system,parallel the must be on a certain number of uhv reactor.Reactor insulation is an important part of the reactor,it is not only for the life of the reactor and operation reliability of decisive significance,and has also has an important effect on the economic index of the reactor. Operating experience shows that the insulation of the reactor structure and insulating materials used in the reliability affects the operation reliability of the reactor directly.For the reactor main insulation structure,because of the complexity of the coil end electric field distribution,so,in order to make the insulation of the reactor design has the necessary reliability,first, should understand in the operation of the reactor under various overvoltage under the action of electric field distribution of each par,and under what conditions used in the insulation structure and insulation material has the largest electric strength. For longitudinal insulation reactor,also, it must understand in the function of overvoltage,along the gradient distribution of circle and insulation structure and its corresponding electric strength of the insulating material.This paper first introduces the various factors influencing the reactor dielectric strength, focuses on analysis of 1100 kV uhv shunt reactor insulation structure, Including 1100 kV uhv shunt reactor winding structure,lead structure,body insulation structure;application VEI, Ansys simulation analysis software such as 3D modeling,of 1100 kv uhv ehv longitudinal insulation the main insulation strength of the electric field simulation analysis, longitudinal insulation simulation analysisInclude Coil head end into the full wave and cutting winding voltage wave?gradient simulation analysis,winging neutral point into the full wave and cutting coil voltage wave?gradient simulation analysis;the main insulation simulation analysis includes on the winding, the bottom of the electric field simulation analysis,central coil and yoke of the electric field simulation analysis to the core,winding folding screen opening electric field simulation analysis, the simulation analysis of the reactor outlet structure to ensure the reliability of the 1100 kV uhv shunt reactor insulation structure.
