Structure topology optimization is to make the design of the structure of higher material utilization ratio and the stress distribution is more reasonable, and topology optimization is the most challenging fields and important research spots of the structure optimization. Topology optimization can greatly structure performance, reduce the structure weight, bring considerable economic benefits, so the structural topology optimization research has important engineering significance. At present, the structural topology optimization more for density method is used in topology optimization method, the use of the RAMP Material interpolation model (Rational Approximation of Material Properties, RAMP) to the existing state of [0,1] Approximation of the unreasonable, leading to the boundary of the topology optimization results configuration is not clear. Form of the above problems, the author of this paper proposed an improved method of the density of the material function interpolation model, carried out a systematic research on density method improvement and application of, mainly includes the structure supple degree minimum as the target of topology optimization method research, constructs the condition and three-dimensional structural topology optimization process, has carried out more than the typical working condition of structure and three-dimensional structural topology optimization design. The main work is as follows:1. To master the basic theory of structural topology optimization is studied, and the optimization criterion Method (Optimality Criteria, OC) and the Method of Moving Asymptotes (Method of Moving Asymptotes, MMA) two common structure topology optimization algorithm, summarizes the reason of numerical instability phenomenon and curb/elimination Method, etc?2. In view of the RAMP material interpolation model of the density of material existence state of [0,1] approximation has the unreasonable problem, based on multistage RAMP interpolation function model was put forward, and selects the OC criterion method and independent grid sensitivity filtering technology, the equations of the K-T structure optimization based on improved criterion and variable update iterative format, set up the minimum structure supple degree as the objective function of topology optimization method.3. Using the improved RAMP material interpolation model and the optimization criterion, based on the working condition of structure optimization sensitivity weighted synthesis method, realized the structural topology optimization more conditions, through the typical working condition of structure more examples validate the rationality and practicability of the improved topology optimization method.4. For three dimensional continuum structure optimization, the use of RAMP model and optimization criteria method, puts forward the topological optimization method and the process, analyzes the structure of the small square stool and cylinder fixture structure characteristics, stress condition, to the reasonable simplified calculation model to minimize structure supple degrees (the maximum stiffness) as the target to establish three dimensional continuum structure topology optimization model, the optimization of the structure of the reasonable configuration, provides the technical support for the structure configuration design, and analyses the structure optimization process and result. Small square stool and cylinder fixture optimization result shows that the rationality of the topology optimization method presented in this paper, engineering practical value of this method is shown.
