Protection And Development Research Of Hebi Traditional Villages In The Context Of "Beautiful Village"

Building “beautiful village ” is an an important component of the realization of the beautiful Chinese Dream. The traditional village is a kind of special development type in the beautiful village, and she is attached with folk customs, religious faith, festival etiquette, folk art, etc. as the carrier of Nostalgia, it displays the strong local characteristic and contains unique ethnic culture and excellent civilization. It is precious historical cultural heritage. However, with the acceleration of urbanization process, many old traditional villages are suffering “continuous destroy” or even being close to die out, so it is in urgent need to be protected.The standard of “beautiful village” in the village environment, living conditions, infrastructure and traditional culture is corresponding to the development objective of the traditional village. Building beautiful village is the good opportunity and historical background to the protection and development of traditional village, which supplies a cutting point to deal with the relationship between traditional culture and model culture correctly. Under the background of “beautiful village”, finding a better way to make good the protection, the inheritance and the development of traditional country can help these old villages to perfect infrastructure, optimize ecological environment, improve human settlement, and further protect and inherit excellent traditional culture, strengthen national cohesion, enhance the development quality of urbanization, and build the beautiful home that the traditional civilization and modern civilization develop together.Hebi is located in the north of Henan. It has profound cultural accumulation, and numerous historical cultural heritage has precious historical value and artistic value. The traditional villages in Hebi have five big characteristics such as large quantity, wide distribution, diversified types, long history and profound cultural value. At present, 7 villages in the city have been listed in the national traditional villages, and 38 villages have been listed as Henan traditional village. In order to promote the protection and inheritance of the ancient city, ancient town, ancient village and ancient dwelling, under the support of national association, Hebi integrated social force in 2015, under the lead organization of Hebi CPPCC, the support of Hebi Culture News Publication Board and some relevant units, the investigation team mapping to the traditional village, ancient dwelling beautiful construction through one year. The book <Ancient City?Ancient Village?Ancient Village?Ancient Dwelling in Hebi> was published in the first half year of 2016, it lays solid literature foundation for the protection work.This paper firstly makes analysis and research to several related concepts including beautiful village and traditional village, discusses the relationship between beautiful village and the protection and development of traditional village, and points out the active significance of promoting the protection and development of traditional village under the background of beautiful village. Secondly, it makes comprehensive and delicate investigation, thinking, analysis and exploration to the current situation and existed problems in the protection and development of traditional village in Wangjiachan Village taking it as a typical case. Then it points out the existed problems in the protection and development of traditional village, and proposes corresponding suggestions and countermeasures from the perspective of the decision-making of government. Based on the existing research, this paper puts forward its own views that the development of traditional villages should be in the direction of “keep people in”. The government should increase policy investment, build the infrastructure construction, cultivate the industrial power and push rural reform in order to make the traditional country be our beautiful home.
