With the rapid development of social economy, all walks of life demand for electricity has greatly increased, the power in the development of today's society as the most important source of energy, the quality of power supply to the progress of social economy will play a crucial role. In order to ensure the good quality of power supply,the establishment of intelligent distribution network has been proposed and developed rapidly, the use of intelligent technology to configure the smart grid.The development history of foreign typical countries of the smart grid, and the development of smart grid in China are summarized and analyzed, combined with the advanced achievements and considering the actual situation of Hegang city on the outskirts of smart grid, power supply is relatively abundant, but the smart grid is weak,intelligence is not high, the old equipment more relative load scattered, affected by the geographical location and climate, there are obvious seasonal work operation, the characteristics of smart grid and self-healing ability risk. The power distribution network of intelligent design, automatic voltage regulating capacity transformer is applied to the distribution network of 10 k V intelligent permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker, 10 k V line reactive power automatic compensation device, 10 k V intelligent operation, a new type of management information system for the daily management.The status quo of Hegang power distribution network analysis, combined with the smart grid in Hegang area's overall development plan, smart power distribution,intelligent power link design, the design content includes all aspects of the design of the main body and the main function, Hegang regional smart grid construction provided with the construction scheme of the operation and to provide reasonable suggestions for the construction of smart grid in Hegang area.
