The Research Of The Optmizing Scheme For Automatic Network And Smart Switch Of The Intelligent Substation

The automatic network is an important foundation for information collection,transmission,analysis and processing functions in intelligent substations,and must has the ability of transmitting information which include MMS in station level,GOOSE in process level,sampling value SV,meanwhile,it must has the performance of real-time,reliability and redundancy.The optimized scheme of network designing is needed emergently with the large-scale construction of the new generation intelligent substation,with the widespread use of intelligent primary equipments,secondary equipments and the key technology of aggregative-intelligence device.This paper is based on,first of all,looking up the references,collecting the information about the equipment operation and the practical experience of the new generation demonstration project.And,then analyze the intelligent device,network structure and smart switch.Finally,raising the "SV,GOOSE and PTP on the triple play" scheme with the comparison of network topology,argumentation by networking and new generation smart switch configuration.Finally,optimizing the secondary system by functions and distributions according to the analysis of the mode of connection,the form of power distribution unit and the choosing of the secondary device.Analyzing the flow of the load in Tiexiong substation by aiming at the characteristics of data flow and information flow to get the statistics of communication rate.Using the new type of intelligent smart switch and flow control mode,combined with the trend of the secondary equipment integration development,a network configuration plan and smart switch configuration plan are proposed to service the new generation intelligent substation.This plan optimizes the networking mode and tripping mode,and solves the problems such as too much number of smart switchs and optical fibers,low use ratio of ports and high investment.It indicates that the network responsibility is dramatically enhanced;the economical benefit is highly increased,so it possesses the promotional value.
