| With the extensive development of silo structure,it suspends long-term problems in front of the designer to improve the performance of using silos to reduce the economic costs of silo structure under the premise of safety.In the design of silo structure,analysis of common concrete silo and the structure performance of the prestressed concrete silos,economic cost,fissure structure design of the key elements such as difference,will have great significances to the silo structure design.In order to study the forced properties of silo,combining with the Inner Mongolia yitai visionbank coalification co.,LTD.The red river coal mine product warehouse actual engineering,the finite element analysis software MIDAS/GEN,respectively,set up ordinary concrete silo and prestressed concrete silo model,finite element analysis and calculation of silo wall,analysis and comparison of both the warehouse wall stress performance,economic costs.Research shows that: 1,the warehouse wall hoop stress,crack propagation,under storage load,prestressed concrete silo wall barrel than those of normal concrete silo wall suffered to pull more tends to equilibrium state and to be able to more effectively bound within the warehouse of the normal pressure of wall material to warehouse within the warehouse wall tension,wall crack development,thus effectively reducing capital protection.2,from the perspective of the deformation of normal concrete silo bin wall in storage load,temperature load under the combined loads,such as the warehouse wall displacement change is bigger,but in some part of the region within the scope of displacement distribution more uniform.And the warehouse wall of prestressed concrete silos under the same load combination,silo wall displacement change is small,the displacement difference is small,but in one part of the uneven distribution of regional scale displacement change.In the process of structural design,can’t accurate force size,in all areas of the warehouse wall in prestress on the warehouse wall,so can produce local stress to warehouse wall,make the warehouse wall stress is not uniform.3,when the silo wall under the same internal force,under the premise that all other things being equal,the prestressed concrete silos province concrete material more than ordinary concrete silo,more economical. |
