Steel corridor in the real life of production and use more and more widely,this time-consuming and energy-consuming transport mode of transport with the development of the industry more and more can not meet the industrial production needs,which requires a more convenient and safe Transport mode to replace the original mode of transport,steel structure with a light weight,simple construction,transportation fast,strong seismic performance,weather and other characteristics of small in the industrial manufacturing,cargo transportation is widely used.Steel raw materials can also be recycled,saving resources,which people advocate the protection of the environment and the nature of the harmonious development of nature has a catalytic role.In this paper,taking the belt of 9 coal belt of Handan Iron and Steel Company as an example,the different construction schemes of steel corridor are selected according to the different control factors such as structure form,span,load and steel model.Calculate the amount of steel required to complete the corridor design,cost,production of steel required for fuel consumption and fuel consumption of CO2 emissions generated by the four control target size.The purpose of this paper is to design a steel structure with the least steel,the lowest cost can meet the maximum use of the function of the corridor construction program.In this paper,the design scheme of corridor of sintering machine is optimized from the different structure,span,load and steel type of the corridor,and the steel amount,cost and impact on the environment are taken into consideration.Few reports have been reported.In this paper,the characteristics of steel trussed corridor and steel girder gallery are introduced firstly,then the span,load and steel type of corridor are discussed.Secondly,the corridor of 9-belt in sintering machine of Handan Iron and Steel Company is built by PKPM software.The software can be used to build the model corridor,the support,the support and the load calculation can be designed together,and the different design scheme of the corridor is designed as the reference.Then the orthogonal design method is used to analyze the different design And the data are processed by Matlab.It reflects that when the construction span is different,the structural form,load and steel type can be used to calculate the steel consumption,the cost and the cost of the project.Environmental impact of the size of the corridor in different environments and the installation of anti-corrosion construction methods and specific precautions made a brief description.Through the optimization and comparison of the different schemes of the corridor,the design scheme of the corridor with the lowest steel consumption,the lowest cost and the least pollutant emission was obtained,which provided a reference for the construction of the corridor.
