In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,raising the level of urbanization,urban central heating business is also developing rapidly,urban heating network is expanding and transforming,the scale of the system is greater,hydraulic conditions more and more complex,at the same time with many parts of the old pipeline aging,urban heating network safety accidents frequently happen all over the country.It certainly brought pipe net economic losses and also affect the normal life of the residents.Therefore,in order to the construction of harmonious society,the development of the cause of the heating,we should establish thought of "advance prevention,prediction,leading to solve" the strategic for the heating pipeline safety accidents[1],so,establishing a scientific and reasonable safety evaluation of existing large pipe network system and formulating operation safety assessment system is to achieving to the idea of "prevention first" strategic objectives of the central heating pipelines or networks,because the heating pipeline safety accident prevention rather than cure;is to provide safe and high quality heating service for the society.Based on this the paper discusses the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the safety of the heating pipe concrete implementation steps,and applied to a simple example is verified.At the same time,with modern communication technology,control technology,the Internet of things,cloud computing,big data technology development,combined with the geographic information system(GIS)has set up a large amount of heating pipe network control and management system,the future of the heating network will be existing physical network(consists of heat sources and heat users and heat-supply)and information technology closely linked with the new intelligent heating system[2-3].Considering the basis of the heat supply pipeline safety evaluation of large amount of data and more multifarious,based on the analysis of the GIS was applied to the advantage of the heating pipe network,on the basis of the proposed GIS as the platform of building the appraisal model of the safety of the heating pipe,and the GIS platform of integrated evaluation of the required modules conducted a feasibilityanalysis is introduced.
