In recent years,the risk prevention and safety control of urban public transport lines have increasingly become an important concern for the development of the national economy and the people's livelihood in our cities.Issues such as the safety influencing factors,risk assessment modes,and safety evaluation indicators of urban bus line operation have become research hotspots in the intersection of transportation and public safety fields.However,the current safety analysis and evaluation of the operation of urban bus lines in our country has been lacking objective,quantitative and effective methods.The thesis uses the systematic literature review method to initially establish a public transportation line operation safety evaluation index system,and uses the comprehensive weighting method to quantitatively assign weights to each evaluation index;and then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the importance-performance analysis method to comprehensively identify and analyze safety risks Finally,an example is used to verify the scientificity of the method proposed in this study.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Based on the systematic literature review,starting with the factors of public transportation safety accidents,such as personnel,vehicles,station safety factors and safety management,etc.,established a public transportation line operation safety risk evaluation index system.Furthermore,the analytic hierarchy process was used to subjectively assign the weights of the indicators at each level in the system,and the entropy method was used to objectively assign the weights of each third level indicator in the system.And the two weights are combined to get the comprehensive weight.(2)Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)method is used to carry out an effective comprehensive evaluation calculation of the bus line,and the safety evaluation score of the bus line is obtained.Then use importance-performance analysis(IPA)to analyze various factors of bus routes and give suggestions for improvement.Experiments have proved that the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and importance-performance analysis method can intuitively reflect whether the various factors in the system need to continue to maintain the status quo,urgently need to be improved or need to be invested in more safety resources.(3)The safety evaluation experiment was conducted on the 663 bus line in Fengtai district and Shijingshan district,Beijing,China.Selected 7 lines with high passenger pressure,large coverage,and high importance of the operating area,and conducted questionnaire surveys and sorted out their staff and passengers.Field visits to various bus stations such as Liuliqiao bus station.Through the actual bus line operation data,combined with existing national,regional,industry standards and expert suggestions,the effectiveness of the method proposed in the paper are verified.
