On the basis of experts methods at abroad and home, made choice about port loading&discharging safety evaluation methods. Port loading&discharging practical research, theoretical analysis and expert questionnaire, then to determines the various factors of port loading&discharging safety evaluation. After that giving reasonable weight of all factors by the hierarchical analysis method, and the use of mathematical software Mathematica7, for these problems are calculated and the writing of the formula and finishing, and the more practical utility. Finally, when the weight of analytic hierarchy process, in the actual accident cases of,the specific factors of the accidents are analyzed, and put to the solution measures. This paper for dangerous goods of port loading&discharging overall safety evaluation, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and this topic research as well as later next target is discussed.In this paper, on the basis of port loading&discharging through the safety evaluation, and guidance safety regulators of enterprise, the port enterprises for safety management assessment of the port loading&discharging with the theories guidance, all has the reality significance.
