In the field of engineering,buckling-restrained brace(BRB)is usually used to reinforce constructions mainly aiming at their anti-seismic property.Comparing with the ordinary braces,the BRB has many advantages,such as,the stronger stiffness,the better ability of energy dissipation,much easier to install and replace,and the property of no buckling instability under repeated loads,which can improve the anti-seismic property of the reinforced construction effectively.Resent years,there are more and more slab-opening constructions in the field of engineering.Because of the discontinuity of the slabs' stiffness and mass,the slab-opening construction is difficult to meet the standard of the anti-seismic norm.So,it has great theoretical significant and application values to research the anti-seismic measures to reinforce the slab-opening construction.This text will attempt to apply the BRB to a slab-opening reinforced concrete frame structure.The influences on slab-opening construction of the anti-seismic property will be researched.The main contents of this text are listed following:(1)The theory of energy dissipation and structures of BRB have been summarized and researched,which are based on the predecessors and establish a theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis;(2)The theories and realization processes of modal analysis and transient analysis(time history analysis)in the ANSYS software are described in detail,which set theoretical foundations for construction's dynamic analysis;(3)Aiming at the slab-opening reinforced concrete construction with four layers and the construction with BRB,modal analysis and time history analysis under the frequent earthquakes are operated respectively,and then,the buckling-restrained brace's influences on the slab-opening construction are researched;(4)Using two schemes with different forms of BRB in vertical,time history analysis under rare occurrence earthquakes are operated respectively with the two schemes,and then,the buckling-restrained brace's influences on the slab-opening construction are researched by compared with the two schemes.The better scheme is chose which is more benefit to the property of anti-seismic.
