Rolling bearing is one of the most common parts in rotating machinery.The normal operation of rolling bearing plays an important role when the train is running.In order to reduce the occurrence of the accident and save the economic loss,the research on fault diagnosis and monitoring technology of rolling bearing has been always an important subject in the field of mechanical equipment fault diagnosis.The real-time fault diagnosis and on-line monitoring of the bearing fault can significantly reduce the accident rate,which is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the locomotive.In this paper,the rolling bearing is taken as the research object.A series of research has been carried out to solve the problem of on-line monitoring and diagnosis of rolling bearing.And extract the fault feature by the vibration signal of the bearing processed.The main contents are as follows:First of all,determine the overall measurement scheme,and choose the software LabVIEW as the design of the program.Select the experimental hardware equipment according to the relevant specifications.The final choice is to take the National Instrument company's hardware equipment for data acquisition and analysis.The software system uses the real time expansion module of LabVIEW,which is namely RT module,to expand the real-time performance of Windows system.The real-time system is not only easy to develop program,but also can meet the requirements of real-time and accurate acquisition of bearing signals.According to the different operating conditions of constant speed and variable speed,two different algorithms are used to analyze and monitor.So it can monitor the running state of the bearing more well under different working conditions.Secondly,combined with the theory of bearing failure and the practical engineering application,the research status and research significance of this subject at home and abroad are expounded.This paper introduces the research status,research progress and development trend of rolling bearing's structure,vibration mechanism,diagnosis method and the application of each method in the fault feature extraction of rolling bearing.It also shows the experimental platform of the bearing and the physical map of the bearing,and then discusses the calculation formula of the characteristic frequency of each part of the bearing according to the theory of mechanical fault diagnosis.Thirdly,aiming at the disadvantage of poor real-time performance of Windows,LabVIEW RT is used to realize the expansion of Windows real-time performance.The experiment results show that the resonance demodulation of the fault signal can be well done and the fault results are analyzed.For non-stationary signal order analysis method can be very good to complete the bearing state monitoring,and to overcome the frequency aliasing.The design of the system,not only has a very easy operation and friendly interface,and has reliable performance and easy to expand,can realize the real-time monitoring of rolling bearings,as well as online and off line case for fault diagnosis of bearing.Finally,on the basis of the functions of system data collection,real-time analysis,off-line analysis and order analysis,the landing interface and main interface are improved.What's more,the experimental platform has been built on the rotation,in accordance with the procedure specification,experimental equipment for bearing different fault types,multiple diagnostic test results of different fault types of bearings,observe the test results is consistent with the known bearing fault types,so as to verify the accuracy of real time fault diagnosis system.
